Shipping is a flat $5.00 within the United States. Shipping outside of the United States depends on where it is being shipped.

returns & exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of the purchase. Personalized and handmade products are ineligible for returns or exchanges. All returns must be in its original unworn condition. To process your return, email ddspreciouspetal@gmail.com to request a return. Let me know if you want to exchange the item or if you are requesting a refund. Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the returned item.

damaged or faulty goods

If you receive an item that is damaged, you need to send an email with a picture of the damage within 3 days of receipt of the purchase. To process your return, email ddspreciouspetal@gmail.com to request a return. Let me know if you want to exchange the item or if you are requesting a refund. Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the returned item. When I receive the item, if the damage is a cut from scissors, no refund or exchange will be sent.
